Ride Report: 05.28.13

‘took the X bike out for a fitness ride.  I’ve said it before…that riding a lighter bike with drop bars encourages coming out of the saddle on hills and powering up, rather than dropping some gears and spinning.

This morning I’m paying for it with quads of hamburger.  Even a hot shower and stretching didn’t work, so it’s a regimen of ibruprofen today.

btw: I was riding in the hooks more than I expected, and the Brooks Champion was super comfortable for the whole ride.
