mmm. ‘had some “chores” around the house and we had a nice sit down dinner since everyone was home for a change, so I planned an hour of laps on the X bike.
I started pretty hard, and after 30 minutes I started feeling like it was hard to breathe with some pressure in my upper chest. Thoughts ranged from “I must have come out too fast” to “I wonder if its the cooler air” to “I might be dehydrated” to “Am I having a heart attack?”
Figured it was best to cool down and cut the ride short. I still feel a little pressure this morning, but not nearly like last night. I think I might cut back on the coffee by a cup a day and drink more water.
